We are a proffesional Personal Training company based in South West Somerset. Our main focus is on 1-1 Personal Training but we do also cater for small private groups for anyone looking to train with a friend or relative up to a maximum of 4 people.

Our training sessions are designed to be varied, challenging and relevant to your ambitions. We use alot of functional training techniques and often encoroprate sport specific drills and exercises into training plans. PT Sessions are booked one week in advance and you only have to book 1 session at a time unless you would like to make a block booking. If you require a reoccuring weekly session then we ask that 1 session be paid in advance.

Anyone who partakes in Personal Training will benefit from free diet & nutrition guidance. We keep in close contact with our clients via email and telephone if they do request additional support with their diets.

Our secondary focus is group based exercise classes. We offer Spinning, Womens Only Strength Training, H.I.I.T and Early Bird Circuit classes. Each class lasts 45 minutes, group numbers can vary week to week and as with our PT booking procedure, if you would like a reoccuring place in a class then we ask that one session be paid in advance.
