Lifestyle and Shapers is a family run fitness centre in Cockermouth, providing excellent training facilities and free weights, sunbeds, toning tables and a sauna (free for members of the gym). We offer training programs and help/information to get you to the goal you want to achieve.

With a long running history in the town (25 years), a strong family spirit and excellent ties within the community we pride ourselves on our unique friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service/satisfaction.

With no inductions or joining fees we are unlike most fitness centres and we like to think we can tailor our memberships to you.
