Health and fitness reaches a whole new level at the LC Gym Swansea. The two story gym boasts over 180 Technogym stations, equipment with the most up-to-date state of the art technology, along with breathtaking views over the City of Swansea.
Our friendly fitness team are always on hand to help you achieve your goals and to provide expert advice. They will also create a unique and personal fitness programme to help you achieve all your fitness goals.
The gym also offers over 120 fitness classes every week from Bokwa and Indoor Climbing on our 30ft Climbing Wall to Spin and high intensity circuit classes on our brand new Synrgy 360 equipment! We’ve even got an iZone—the first interactive Gym in Swansea for 11–17 year olds, complete with Expresso Bikes, Dance Mats, Rowers, Nintendo Wii and a Batak Wall.
We also have fantastic Member Benefits for all our gym members, such as FREE entry into the LC Waterpark after 6pm every day!
For those who enjoy winding down after a workout or even after a hard day at work, the Spa@LC offers a tranquil setting to recharge those batteries.
