KeepFit Women Program options include:
1) A Nutrition Consultation
The nutrition consultation includes the KeepFitWomen Nutrition Guide.
This guide includes information on caloric intake, BMR, pairing carbs with proteins/fats, meal suggestions etc. The Nutrition Consultation also includes detailed feedback on a personal 1 week food diary.

2) The Personalized Month to Month Online Coaching program.
-As a KeepFitWomen Month to Month member, you will receive a personalized 4-week workout plan. This workout plan will be tailored to your lifestyle, your fitness goals and the type of equipment (if any) that you have available to you.

-Before the workouts begin, you will be asked to complete a simple written assessment to ensure we know exactly what you hope to gain from the program.

- You will be given the KeepFitWomen Nutrition Guide. This is our way of helping you make informed decisions about your food in order to compliment the work you are doing physically. We do not promote fad diets, miracle shakes, herbal tea, calories counting etc. We simply want you to understand the best way to nourish and be kind to your body.

-You will have a weekly email check in with your coach (Jeenie!).This
is a time to ask questions and feel supported!
