fitNess is an express circuit based gym where the emphasis is on you! There is a pre-set circuit to follow as well as having circuits personalised to you upon request.
Along with a membership comes a free meal plan and smoothie guide upon request, a weekly body check upon request aswell as a discount on personal training. A free induction can be given and membership rates vary. For any more information please dont hesitate to ask.
