On site we offer bespoke Personal training with Will Smith, who has invested heavily in his education over the years. Will specialises in body composition training and weight loss. With Personal training for us, it isn't about "Beasting" someone in the gym. It is about knowing our clients, their needs, goals, aims and boundaries and how we can work together to get results, realistically and reliably.
We take our training and our members very seriously, we are a fantastic facility based on Kestor Lane in Longridge.
