At Fearless Fitness we believe that training for specific events and challenges will increase your probability of remaining motivated and reaching your physical goals. The challenges that our clients undertake vary from 5km runs to obstacle courses to Ironman triathalons but one thing remains constant in that they are pushed past their previous physical and mental limits.
Our 1:1 training, group classes and support are designed around a calender of events that our community are encouraged to train for and enter.
