CrossFit is designed to improve overall strength, endurance, power, agility, accuracy, balance, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. We focus on compound functional movements through a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics (or body weight movements), and metabolic conditioning. We execute these movements safely through constantly varied, high intensity workouts. Each workout is performed in a small group setting with coaches teaching, guiding, and encouraging you throughout the entire process.
