As an integrative physical therapist, I fuse traditional therapy with yogic breath and mindfulness, whole body movement and health from a Restorative Exercise perspective and hands on work. My goal is to help you understand how your body works and all of it's amazing healing capabilities, optimizing your health and well being. Moving beyond a fitness based paradigm, I'll help 'shine a light on your body blind spots'. Your best health involves more than a few trips to the gym each week or a daily 30 minute run; your body requires all over, whole body movement daily.
