Join us for fast, fun, and effective classes in our Magnolia Parke studio! Our dance inspired ballet barre workouts will trim, tighten, and tone your entire body. Barre workouts engage your small, accessory muscles, in addition to your larger muscle groups. By isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group, one by one, our client’s bodies appear long and lean.
In addition to our barre classes Barre Forte will also offer the body barre's nationally recognized Barre Teacher Training Program, also known as Barre Forte.
