My name is Ann Marie Fothergill. I have been a registered hygienist for 34 years but my interest in holistic medicine has led me to massage, aromatherapy and Reiki healing. I am certified in the clinical use of essential oils, received 300 hours of education and am currently a member of NAHA (National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy). I am currently Reiki 1 certified and plan to continue my training. I live in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee and I love my community!
The true heart of my business is my intent to help others. I will do this with honesty, integrity, care, courage, spirit, and enthusiasm. Holistic healing has long been my personal passion. It is my mission to educate the public about the safe use of essential oils and the part they play in natural healing. My blends are made to order with high quality oils from reputable companies. I am not a multi level marketing company and therefore can make affordable blends. I promise to make blends with the utmost safety of others in mind. I will make blends that are clinically effective and pleasing to the senses.
My approach treats each person as an individual. Dis-ease has many root causes. Some examples are: hormones, biochemical, genetic, self esteem, stress, inflammation, life style/nutrition, environmental, energy imbalance, lack of a support system, lack of coping skills and family issues. I wish to share my knowledge to help others in mind, body and spirit. I do not promise “cures”. I promote self healing and will do all in my power to help others realize this.
I recommend continuing care with one’s regular physician/health care providers and to keep these health professionals aware of any natural healing methods one is using. I will suggest the use of acupuncture, yoga, massage, holistic healing, integrative medicine, alternative medicine, Naturopaths, Dieticians, chakra balancing, Reiki, energy work and more. I believe we all work as a team for wellness. I will refer my clients to other professionals when necessary. I believe in supporting my community whenever possible or practical.
I truly believe people want to take a more natural approach in becoming their healthiest selves. It is my mission to help them achieve these goals.
