The centre has recently undergone a £450,000 refurbishment and now boast the UK's First Prama Training Studio, as well as a 35 station gym boasting the latest Technogym equipment that enables you to keep track of your progress with a Wellness Key. In addition the fitness facility offers a dedicated spin studio, an ‘Olympic standard’ semi-sprung sports hall floor with 4 badminton courts and national standard Volleyball facilities.
