Starting out as one of the few bodybuilding gyms in the country, since then it has become a large specialist gym that it is today, catering for the first time trainer, helping people lose weight to the champion athlete and bodybuilder, Total Rebuild Gym is just what you need. There are qualified workers available to answer any questions that you might have. We are able to design a workout plan suited to your needs.

The gym itself is divided up into two main sections. It has a large training room used specifically to train all of the muscle groups. This includes a wide range of Cybex and Hammer plate loaded bodybuilding / strength equipment along with an extensive range of Olympic style free weights, bars, fixed dumbbells and benches. The cardiovascular area taking up the remainder of the gym boasts a wide range of life fitness cardio equipment ranging from cross trainers, treadmills, bikes, vibro plate and rowers.

The gym's equipment are designed to cover all levels of training showing the gym's diversity.

We supply a wide range of supplements / pre workouts along with a range of clothing and training accessories.

We also have a state of the art "walk in" fast tanning machine that is available for use during gym opening hours.

Membership can be monthly, weekly or daily.
