Elizabeth and Nicola are two gifted light workers who have been brought together to offer a luxurious sacred space for healing, transformation and evolution of consciousness.
THE HEART SPACE is a place to cleanse and elevate your mind, body, spirt and vibration, sharing yoga classes in many forms including Hatha, Yin, Flow, Astanga, Kundalini, and childrens yoga.
We also offer different forms of meditation, chakra healing, crystal healing, reiki, astrology, tarot, gong mediations, shamanic ceremonies, sacred chanting and many more workshops, gatherings and rituals will be made accessible and down to earth for our modern and changing times.
Collectively we are both experienced massage therapists, Nicola is a yoga teacher and Elizabeth offers Reiki, massage and facials on an amethyst crystal bed, she has an incredible 2 hr reiki and massage treatment “ The Goddess Massage” Please enquire for more details of this beautiful treatment.
As more of us awaken towards our true nature and the possibilities and potential of being a human being on planet earth, we recognise the importance of staying connected to spirit to guide us through on this earthly plane. THE HEART SPACE is a place where like minded individuals can come together to support each other in this journey of awakening.
We have both been guided to assist those experiencing these shifts of the Aquarian age, surrounded by beauty, supported in love to make the transition a nurturing and healing experience as possible.
There will be a timetable of classes and photos's of this beautiful space to follow shortly, classes are limited to 10 spaces. Mats and props are provided
