Rhinos Gymnasium, is a family run independent gym based in the historical town of Stamford, Lincolnshire and is one of the largest gyms in the whole of the East Midlands.
Established back in June 2013, Rhino's offers a friendly, motivational and honest place to train. Featured in Men's Health Magazine and Men's Fitness Magazine. Rhinos is also a Hammer Strength Affiliated training centre.
