A low impact exercise class which will improve your core strength, posture and mobility. Suitable for all age ranges and genders.
Classes will be taught by Moira McBeath, recently qualified to teach Basic Mat Pilates (Future Fit training academy). Moira is currently progressing towards her Diploma in Specialist Mat Pilates.
