Tuesday: Kickboxing 7:30-9:30.
Wednesday: Kung Fu 6:30. BJJ 8:00-9:30
Thursday: Boxing 7:00. MMA/Grappling 8:00-9:30
Friday: Kung Fu 6:30. BJJ 8:00-9:30
Saturday: Open Mat 9:30-Finish.
