Stroller Fitness for Baby and Me invites parents/guardian with babies under 1 years to join us for a FREE drop-in fitness program at the Selkirk Rec Centre. The class includes a rhyming circle, walking, and anytime anywhere exercises on Tuesdays Jan-May 2016. Parents must have a child in a stroller or carrier to participate. Toddler siblings over 2 years can be supervised by our child minder. Activities and a light snack are provided!
We are open 8 am - 4 pm on Saturdays in June, July and August to accommodate wedding parties!
