In order to fit the various physical and spiritual
needs of her students, Sherrill offers a variety of
classes. Some are active and others are very
gentle. Her classes are nurturing and
therapeutic, using movement, breath, and
meditation to develop inner peace for an
authentic yoga experience. Sherrill's classes
focus on healing the body the mind and the spirit.
