My yoga journey started in the late nineties as I was working for British Airways.
I was flying around the world, but I didn't feel very grounded. I started to do a yoga class in every country I visited.
After the first class I was hooked! I felt like it helped me feel grounded and balanced.
I then started to do as many classes as I could, even when I wasn't flying.
When 9/11 happened, my company offered unpaid leave and I decided to take my love of yoga further and look for a teacher training course.
I qualified in 2003 and haven't looked back!
