Jill is a seasoned massage therapist, approaching 17 years of bodywork. Your massage session with her will be personalized to meet your specific needs.

After 6 years of owning a massage practice in the states, where I trained many therapists in my massage techniques, I sold, to concentrate solely on my massage work. My specialties include: Deep Tissue with Trigger Point & Integrated Stretching, Pathology and “problem-solving” work and Massage Cupping specifically Cellulite Reduction & Body Contouring, Lifting & Firming. Studies in college in Child Psychology led me into Pediatric Massage, Prenatal Massage & Infant Massage Teaching. I have also studied Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Thai, Chakra Balancing, Sports & Lymphatic Massage. Following my love for animals I became certified in Equine & Canine Massage too! Your massage session will be personalized to meet your specific therapeutic needs. The majority of my work is medical, my forte being fixing injuries related to: pre/post-surgery, limited range of motion, rotator cuff, whiplash, sciatica, nerve infringement, migraine/headaches, bulging/herniated discs and any basic overuse and tightening. “The physician must be experienced in many things, but assuredly also in rubbing; for rubbing can bind a joint which is too loose, and loosen a joint which is too hard” - Hippocrates
