N'Golo Atlanta

Capoeira Angola is an African healing art that has been used throughout generations and across continents to instill and develop mental, physical and spiritual strength within the individual and the community. N'Golo Atlanta works with the city's children and adults, spreading this international experience and culture that incorporates dance, flexibility and balance, as well as music, history and discipline. Our responsibility is to carry on the rich tradition of Capoeira Angola. Classes are held at The Naga House and at Piedmont Park beginning April 2, 2012.
Adult classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings 6:30-8:30pm and childrens' classes are held on Saturday afternoons 2-3pm.
Please come prepared with the following:
Wear pants, T-shirt and comfortable shoes (NO tank-tops or shorts). Bring drinking water, a notebook and pen.

RATES

ADULTS:
$20 per class
$45 weekly rate (3 classes)
$140 monthly rate (12 classes)

CHILDREN:
(ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN)
$7 per class

DIRECTIONS TO PIEDMONT PARK
85 North/South to 10th Street
(turn left off 85 South, turn right off 85 North)
Cross Peachtree Street
Turn left onto Piedmont Road
Piedmont Park walk-in entrance is two blocks up on the right
Enter the park and follow the path to the right
Pass the Park Information Building (on your left)
You will see us in the grass up on the right

DIRECTIONS TO THE NAGA HOUSE
85 North/South to I-20 West
Get off on Lee Street Exit
Turn left at light onto Lee Street
At 2nd light, turn left onto Ralph David Abernathy Rd
At 3rd light, turn right onto Metropolitan Parkway
Metropolitan Warehouses is the 1st entrance on the right
