My mission on this yogic journey is simply keeping it real and growing alongside YOU.
In 2010, I discovered yoga during a deep battle with mental illness. What began purely as physical activity has evolved into a holistic investigation of the mind, body & spirit. I dove deep into studies of why we suffer so much as humans. I found solace in holistic psychology, energy healing, and yoga philosophy. Striving to become balanced in an unbalanced world, I pursued my 200-hr YTT with Way to Wellness founder Diane Speer in September of 2017.
I have become an advocate for yoga and mental health. I believe that it is my heart's work to share the transformational knowledge of the yogic practices with the world around me.
It truly is incredible how powerful we are as people when we listen to our bodies and breathe a little deeper.
