***************SPRAY TAN CARE****************
Before Your Tanning Session:
- Shower & exfoliate your body the DAY BEFORE your tan
- Avoid heavy moisturising shower gels
- On the day of your tan only shower or bathe… DO NOT moisturise!
- Do not apply moisturisers, deodorants, oil based products or perfume on the day of your tan (PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY DOVE OR E45 PRODUCTS FOR AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE YOUR TAN!!! YOUR TAN WILL NOT ADHERE TO YOUR SKIN IF YOU DO SO!!!)
- Wax/shave at least 24 hours before
- Wear loose dark clothing and open shoes
- Avoid silk and lace garments 48 hours after having your spray tan as it will not wash out of those materials
The Session:
- Wear suitable underwear to create your desired result, or you can have a 'No-Tan-Line-Tan'
- Mary will apply Fake Bake Oil Free Moisturiser to your hands & feet and other dry areas to prevent patches
- Your session will last around 15 minutes
- You will be dry enough to dress 5 minutes after
- Do not touch skin whilst developing to avoid tanned finger tips!
After Care:
- Shower minimum of 6-8 hours after tan. If possible, leave overnight for optimum results (For Original, Dark and Gold formulas. For 60 Minutes, please speak to Mary about what length of time will be the best for you!
- Avoid water on skin whilst your tan is developing
- Avoid heavy exercise or any perspiration during development
- Exfoliate every three days and moisturise regularly to maximise the duration of your spray tan
Ensure all the tan is exfoliated from your skin before your next session!
