Little Goddess Trybe is an American Tribal Bellydance Troupe providing dance instruction and performances based out of Sherman, Texas.

ATS Belly Dance Class
You can expect an engaging, fun, supportive and challenging atmosphere in class. ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works withe body's natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Intro classes present the basic ATS vocabulary. Students will follow the instructor as they learn and refine movements during a six week period. Using both slow movements and fast steps, we'll get you dancing in your first class! This class has plenty of review built in; therefore you may drop in at anytime.

Students should wear yoga pants and a comfortable tee shirt. Your sisters in dance welcome you with open arms! Instructed by Heather Emory and Shonkista Stephens of Little Goddess Trybe.
