SUMMARY
Passion: I have more than 10 years working out my body in many different ways, i was doing Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai (Martial arts) and the last one was Bodybuilding in 2009. I had always passion for a healthy lifestyle, education, fitness and proper nutrition, both for myself and others, aids in teaching and guiding clients through a training plan and instills confidence and motivation. Success isn't about what I’m accomplishing, but rather what i can help others to achieve.
Leadership: Clients look to a personal trainer to inspire them, I’m always ready to show them the way and perhaps change their life as sticking with a new eating and exercise plan can be a daunting task. I’m able to motivate my clients with my instructions and advice, get them back on track when they fall off the wagon, and perhaps even deal with any emotional issues standing in their way.
Energy and commitment: No matter how many clients I will see during the day, each one deserves my full physical energy and positive outlook,
• I will work smart and hard to give to my client their needs.
• I’m ready to help my clients to achieve them goals and set short- and long-term goals and plan programmers for reaching them.
• I will educate, motivate and coach clients to help them follow their programmers safely and effectively.
• I will give advice on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• I will help clients with their workouts.
• I will check and record clients' progress, using methods like measuring heart rate and body fat levels.
