I am a local Mother of two boys and happily married to my Husband. My journey to happiness has been somewhat rough, but I now practice daily self care and found my passion. After suffering depression and anxiety for a large portion of my life, the pursuit of my passion and spiritual journey has been my saving grace.

My passion is to nurture women to help them find their joy and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and their environment. After much soul searching, I now feel that I am on my life's path, doing the work that I am here to do. I continue to study and learn to expand my knowledge so that I can be the best practitioner for all my clients.

I understand that we a not just a body, we are a soul with feeling and emotions. By understanding and being connected with our body, mind and spirit we can be the best version of us.

I like to guide women and men to explore their feelings, emotions and physical body and understand that they are in control of their lives and destiny.
