Located just off the intersection of Hwy 100 and Loomis Road in Franklin, Innovative Health & Fitness is home to an army of certified Fitness Professionals, three luxurious pools, the area’s only indoor walking and running track, an entire floor dedicated to state-of-the-art functional training equipment, a spin studio, free weight area and three spacious studios for large group fitness classes.

With complimentary weekly Group Fitness classes – including Les Mills programming, small group training and functional fitness equipment appropriate for every activity level, we’re confident this is the only health club you’ll ever need to join again.

Monthly memberships at Innovative Health & Fitness start at just $24.95 with no long-term contracts. Every membership includes a towel service, all large group fitness classes, access to the entire club and our complimentary Jump Start Program which is designed to get you acclimated to the club and on the road to a healthier lifestyle as soon as you join.

With updated locker rooms, three luxurious pools, The Lounge – a beautiful area for members to relax together, and stocked pro-shop, we’ve covered all the bases. Innovative Health & Fitness also provides unlimited childcare with the Platinum Membership.
