ZUMBA FITNESS + ZUMBA TONING Fun! Effective! Everyone Welcome!

NO MATTER YOU AGE, ABILITY, SHAPE OR SIZE YOU ARE WELCOME TO MY FRIENDLY CLASSES!

IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET FIT, TONE UP, SHED SOME POUNDS OR JUST TO HAVE FUN THEN MY LOCAL FRIENDLY CLASSES ARE FOR YOU.

CLASSES ARE AS FOLLOWS.

*ZUMBA* 9:30AM weds. A fantastic high energy dance class with great rhythems and easy to follow dance moves. suitable for eveyone!!

*ZUMBA TONING* weds 6:30pm With all the fun of zumba this classes tone your legs, bum tum, arms and also includes cardio.

*PILOXING* mon 6:30pm + fri 9:30am This great new high enery workout combines PILATES+BOXING+DANCE, you will be torching calories to banging dance music while toning your whole body especialy focusing on the core, you would be crazy not to give it a try!!
