We know the hardest part of any exercise programme is taking that initial first step through the door so we aim to make it as painless and enjoyable as possible. When you join you attend three appointments with one of our instructors. We will devise you a personal training programme designed to work on the areas you want to concentrate on. Your cards will be updated every four weeks and your inch loss recorded every eight weeks to make sure we are keeping you on track.

As a full member you can enjoy all the classes on our timetable. We can advise you whether you are new to exercise or an elite athlete. We have classes and gym training programmes for you.You can also enjoy total relaxation in our luxury sauna and steam room.
