I have been working as a Complementary Therapist since 2007, specialising in Reflexology as an aid to reducing stress and anxiety. I enjoy what I do so much that it never feels like work and I hope that the satisfaction I get in giving a treatment is felt by the person whose feet I hold or body I touch.

I also work 3 days a week at Helen Rollason Cancer Support Centre, Rochelle House, Lawn Lane, Chelmsford giving reflexology and massage to those affected by cancer.
