CrossFit FHF Mission Statement

"CrossFit FHF is a core strength and conditioning program used to enhance athletic performance and increase one's work capacity. We are a community of people with the same common belief that hard work and determination shows results. We incorporate proper nutrition, function movement and constantly varied programming. We use olympic lifting, power lifting, kettlebells, gymnastics, plyometrics, metabolic conditioning and mobility to achieve this common goal. We run, row, swim, bike and hike. We train for everything, not specializing in anything. Our athletes get stronger, fitter, and more capable, though maximized power output and preparedness for anything. Our athletes learn how to move correctly and efficiently. We are about community and lifelong friendships. Life is a battle, be prepared for yours...

Rules of CrossFit FHF
1. Have fun
2. Push yourself daily to become fitter, faster, stronger
3. Be willing to learn and listen
4. Try and be on time, you may miss something important!
5. Learn how athletes recover, and apply to yourself. Constantly research, always!
6. Make sure you are always hydrated and have eaten something at least 1 hour before class. Passing out is not fun and it hurts.
7. No whining in the box!
8. Set goals for yourself; make them reasonable and attainable with hard work, sweat and lots of effort.
9. Get on Crossfit.com, start reading the Crossfit journal, watch videos, and make this a priority!
10. Always communicate with your coaches. We care about you and will push you to be your best. Remember, this is group classes, not private training. If you feel you need 1 on 1 training we have that available also.Be ready to listen and learn and succeed!
