Core Training
The core of our business is the core of your body. We believe that core fitness is the key to health and as long-time trainers and instructors, we see first-hand many of the health problems that core weakness can cause. We’re passionate about the benefits of core fitness.

RealRyder Cycles
There are lots of products on the market but we are thrilled to offer classes on the new Real Ryder cycles and are currently the only studio with this state-of-the-art equipment. Mimicing the motion of a real bicycle in an indoor setting, this leading edge exercise challenges not only your core but all your muscles as well as your aerobic strength.

Indoor Bootcamp Studio
We have a great indoor studio, as well as a large outdoor space to set up bootcamp circuits. But we’re especially happy to offer three alternatives for each circuit suitable for not only our youngest clients, but also our long-time eighty-year-old fitness buff.

Pilates Reformers
We are big believers in the Pilates exercise program and have three Balanced Body Pilates Reformers in our studio to correctly position clients in each targeted exercise.
