I believe that nature has provided us with a wonderful platform for health & beauty, therefore it is down to us to enhance that platform to improve ourselves without turning to chemical or surgical treatments.




After 20 years working in the NHS I took the plunge and re-trained in complementary health.
I did this after experiencing its positive effects on myself which made me realised that we are relying far to much on medication to treat minor illnesses.
Nature has been providing us with its healing properties for centuries and now is the time to except a helping hand from nature.
