Beginner friendly classes in a playful, relaxing and creative ‘vinyasa’ style meaning ‘to link or flow’ – all classes have a flowing quality and touch on creative sequencing, cultivating a home practice, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation. Becky Rose Yoga offer yoga classes for schools, community groups and mother and baby groups as a BirthLight baby yoga teacher. Becky is a 500 hours qualified Yoga Alliance teacher who has trained in India, Ireland, and the UK and in yoga for ASD/ADHD and special needs. She is first aid trained, with Disclosure Scotland and insured with a private practice of 10 years.
