Twenty five years ago, I moved to Narooma to pursue my passion, and completely change my pace of life. I drove over Narooma Bridge, and I knew this spot, was something special.
Since that day Massage has been my life passion, not only does my massage benefit my clients, it has served me immensley too. bring a healer, has truly brought me so much joy.
I came into massage with a clear understanding and compassion of the pain, and frustration that can come from an injury, or otherwise. I know that the inner stresses of life, can result in all different kinds of pain, be it mental, physical. Sometimes the emotional build up within our bodies can appear in physical form, and massage is an essential way to alleviate those issues.
When I am working, I deeply immerse myself into my practice. I always make sure I am balanced, before I begin, ensuring I am completely present, working from the heart, and in tune with my clients body and mind.

Over the years I have added more modalities including Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. These now allow me to add more insight, and value to my practice, and allow for a more wholistic experience for my clients.
All of my clients leave, saying they feel so cared for, that they have a sense of lightness, and relaxation. I truly hope to share this experience with you.
